The St. Mark's Players are proud to present The Last Night of Ballyhoo. Set in Decmember 1939 in Atlanta - Hitler is invading Poland, "Gone with the Wind" is making its debut and Adolph Freitag and his family are only concerned with Ballyhoo, a lavish ball for southern Jewish socialities. While themes of prejudice, discrimination and anti-Semitism are deftly explored, this serious issue is interspersed with sparkling banter, comedic non-sequiturs and hilarious characters.
